What should I know about the finished basement?

When the basement was finished, drain tile was installed on the inner wall of the foundation. As such, water and humidity come through the stone, hit the membrane and drain into the weeping tile. The tile drains into the sump pump under the staircase. The subfloor in also has dricore, if for any reason the sump pump is overpowered any water would travel to the ejector pit under the basement window. To the sellers knowledge, there as not been any floods in the basement.
